Once you meet me, you know I’m that crazy dog lady with these three crazy fur babies. Sometimes walking all of them can be challenging and almost feel like a chore.

However, I know that those 20-30 minutes are beneficial for all involved. They get all their energy out and I get some light exercise during the week to keep me feeling loose and energized so that I can help my clients feel better on my table. Besides a cup of coffee, this is one of my favorite ways to start the day and a simple self care act that is beneficial and fits nicely into my life.

Self care is the most important thing and sometimes when we get too stressed, too tired or are full of aches and pains we forget about the simple things that we can do to keep us feeling great. So if you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed, get out and take a walk with your dog or grab a friend and get some fresh air.
