Hannah Paradise is a mom, educator, author, and licensed massage therapist with a diverse background shaped by world-champion practitioners and leading massage educators. Her work blends eastern massage traditions with modern mind–body techniques to create a thoughtful, therapeutic experience for each patient.
Hannah specializes in dynamic cupping, Tui-na, therapeutic deep tissue, mind–body work, PNF stretching, myofascial release, and percussion therapy.
Massage Therapist Zack Szafryk LMT
Zack is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong background in clinical and sports-focused bodywork. Trained at the Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics and a member of the Washington Sports Massage Team, he works with everyone from chronic pain patients to competitive athletes.
His treatment style combines Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, and Swedish techniques to reduce pain, improve movement, and support long-term recovery.
Outside the clinic, Zack is also a Certified Personal Trainer, integrating strength and mobility principles to help clients stay balanced, strong, and injury-resistant.
